How much does an AI product video cost on VendoReel?
A 10-second, 720p one-click video costs 50 credits: $5 at the pay-as-you-go rate of $1 = 10 credits, $3.90 on Starter, $3.30 on Pro and $2.78 on Pro yearly. Every generation shows its price before you start.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits and plan credits never expire; unused plan credits carry over to the next month.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Volume, not features: both include every creation feature. Starter is $39 a month for 500 credits and 20 GB of storage. Pro is $99 a month for 1,500 credits, 100 GB of storage and extra credits at $1 = 12. Upgrading to Pro starts it the same day; your Starter plan ends and its credits stay.
Does the Pro plan include 30 videos?
It includes 1,500 credits a month, not a fixed number of videos. About 30 videos assumes all of them go to 10-second, 720p one-click videos; longer videos, new footage the AI director makes and presenter appearances use the same balance.
Is the yearly plan cheaper?
Yes, about two months free, with all twelve months of credits up front: Starter is $399 a year with 6,000 credits and Pro $999 a year with 18,000 credits.
Is there a plan for teams?
Yes. Enterprise gives a team one organization with shared credits, shared projects and photos, member roles, spending limits and unlimited members. See the Enterprise page for its price and features.
How much can I store?
Uploads, projects and presenters count toward storage: 2 GB without a plan, 20 GB on Starter, 100 GB on Pro. When storage is full, delete what you no longer need or upgrade to make new videos; everything you have stays viewable and downloadable.
When do plans renew, and can I cancel?
A plan starts the day you subscribe and renews on that day each month, or each year for yearly. Every payment adds the plan's full credits. Cancel anytime from Billing; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and unused credits stay in your balance.
What happens if a generation fails?
Its credits are refunded automatically once the failure is confirmed.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes, in your personal space, from $10 in $1 steps. An organization needs an active Enterprise plan; its owner can buy more credits for the shared balance.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe, so your card details never reach VendoReel. You get an invoice for every payment, and can change your card or download invoices from Billing.
